Rising Demand for Atlanta Property</p>
<p>In a recent article published on Wed 2nd May 2012 on AJC Atlanta Business News it was reported that Beazer Homes had doubled sales and revenue and increased sale prices.&#8221;It appears we have turned the proverbial corner,&#8221; said Beazer Homes CEO Allan Merrill.</p>

<p>The Standard &amp; Poor&#8217;s Case-Shiller Home Price Index, Metro Atlanta home values decreased during August and September 2011, against the trend of a slight increase across the nation.</p>
<p>Despite the fact that the national index climbed by 0.1%, The average price of Atlanta real estate is at the moment 4% lower than 2000 prices.</p>
